No need to thank me, the appreciation is apparent in your posts. I have been a martial artist for so long, I find it refreshing anytime I learn or read about something from someone. I am never too "ego-centric" to know I will continue to learn.

Appreciate the reply about your understanding of traditional philosophies related to my post.
What is your understanding of Chi/Ki being attracted to centers of gravity?

I hope you don't mind me asking you in a more private manner, the thread seems to be filled with dogs monkeying around =\

He did teach Joe Z, and I saw him at class a couple of times over the years. There is not a lot of love there, however. I have never talked to Master Yu about that, so I don't know what that is all about.

I don't want to get all public about what the deal is with me etc. I was at the Professor's place for about a year and then moved to Boston for a while. At some point after I came back to the area, Master Cheng went back to Taiwan. I also studied with Wm Chen some and with some others. Finally met up with Master Yu in the late 1980s and have been with him since. He is, hands down, the best I have seen. Teaches every class himself, no senior students doing that. Very tough teacher, though, so he never has lots of students. People say they understand humility, but they really really don't like to have their rice bowl smashed. He is my guy.
