sad for DC. I thought he looked fantastic until he got KOed. Anyone catch this card?

Much like the first fight, he wasn't really doing anything to defuse or counter Jones' kicks. Just walking through them and letting the damage add up. Unless you think you're going to KO him in the first it's not a viable strategy IMHO.

I only caught this fight. Will watch the rest later. I thought DC was doing well. I agree with Pointy though, he was just plodding forward, but checking kicks, looking confident. Rocked JBJ once, who then went straight for that shoulder wrench he did on Glover. I called the headkick about a minute before from the bobbing.

I dont get all the internet rage with Joe Rogan interviewing DC after though, I know on his podcast he didnt like interviewing post KO, but it wasn't that bad (of an interview) and DC could've left.

DC was basically walking into stuff to try to clinch or get in range but Jones seemed to have the better of the clinch as well as owning the outside game and DC didn't seem to have an answer for the low kicks or wide punches. Cerrone vs Lawler was a war how it went 3 rounds I don't know, cyborg looked very good against a game opponent who gets props for taking the fight

Jones was out for so long and came back and beat him more emphatically than the first time, even though he seemed a little nervous to me.
His punches looked sharper than ever too.
DC hit Jones a lot more cleanly than the first fight with power, but Jones controlled the fight, anyway.
Cruz and Rogan are close to him and were hyping everything he did in the fight, while Jones was busy outpointing him.
And what a great finish! It's magnificent setting up and hitting someone with a strike like that.
