He's attacked states governess that allow it, plus it's generally people of colour who are affected the most, and trump believes they would be more likily to vote dem, so yes he's very against it. Let me try to explain. The amount of pot I was caught with makes me a felon. However because im a non violent felon I am eligible to one day regain the right to vote. Its the violent offenders who are ineligible. Pot shouldn't be illegal if you ask me but that's another discussion.

What a politician says and what they do are often two different things. I don't trust Hillary and Trump is a trash talker. You do realize he is a businessman. In business you always start out with the hardest stance as a jumping off point. Then you negotiate from there. Like Trump has done on immigration. He has softened his stance a lot since the campaign. He used the hardline stance as a jumping off for negotiations. He will do that on every issue no doubt. As for Obama he never impressed me and what the hell would he do for me?
You are factually incorrect here. Obama issued what became known as the Cole memo, essentially saying that despite the fact that marijuana remained illegal under federal law, Obama's Department of Justice would not seek to enforce those laws in states that had voted to make marijuana recreationally or medically illegal. Trump's DoJ underneath Jeff Sessions rescinded that memo and they have said that they will begin to enforce federal laws, to the detriment of marijuana and local state authority.
That would actually strengthen her argument in favor of Trump, if it is so. It would mean that she's thinking of what is best for the country, not what is best for her individually. And that's fully awesome, because taking a position for the betterment of others over self, regardless of what it is, shows maturity and integrity.
Only if you think former felons being disenfranchised is good for the country, America is almost unique in doing this, America also incarcerates far more of its population then almost all other countries.
You could argue that the Needs of the many, outweighing the needs of the few, is also classic socialism, which I'm not sure AmericaOne or Trump would be a fan off, although he does like Norway, which is a Socialist country.
