    The 1st one at 35sec is a neck crank, isn't it? What's it called please? I'm looking for videos on this one neck crank technique. seems like a very practical technique. I've seen some complicated neck cranks which are no good for a non-grappler.

    That's cool
    Interestingly the same principle is used in traditional japanese jujutsu (albeit as part of a throw) - I wonder if the guillotine evolved from these kind of cranks?

    Hey guys - not sure if this was going to be worth it's own thread so I'll pop in here. Is the sabaki method worth studying? Are there any glaring weaknesses of the method? If it is legit, can someone please point me to an informative site / video? Thanks

    Do you guys train these cranks in sparring/pressure?

    They are safe unless you really, really want them to not be
