Sensei Seiko Toyama, judan Uechi Ryu. Hard to believe he's well into his 70s in these clips. Passed away two years ago unfortunately, one of the last remaining Uechi Ryu practitioners who had actually trained under Kanbun Uechi. Ikemiyagi Masaaki Sensei performing quite possibly the best Seisan I've ever seen. The way how he executes his tsukis blows my mind. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PrfI6Fbvowk&feature=share"]Ikemiyagi sensei doing Seisan - YouTube[/ame]
i'm still convinced ikemiyagi has a healthy dose of white crane hidden there, judging by the way he issues power.
From all I can see from his bio, he's always been a student of Meitoku Yagi, who was a student of Chojun Miyagi. Considering the source though, and the fact that Okinawan karate was greatly influenced by white crane, I'm pretty sure it has some influence in the things he does.
this bio: http://www.gojukan.com/masters/ikemiyagi.php (which is also present verbatim on other sites, iirc), states that he's done a lot of MA, actually.
