Just thought I get to post here now. Today's will be the same as the rest of the week has been. Shreddies with fresh raspberries on top and a cup of tea or two.
Poached salmon seasoned with salt, black pepper and mustard seeds. Half a pint of whole milk. And several cups of tea. I like weekends.
Oh yes good breakfast in the great white north. Went by the butcher the night before bought a pound of huge thick apple cinnamon bacon mmmm so tasty. Went out to the garden grabbed some fresh blue berrys, rasberrys and strawberrys. Went to friends little organic farm and grabbed some eggs, grabbed some homemade maple syrup, and finally the bakery for some fresh heavy whole wheat bread. Next morning I feasted on - 8 pieces of bacon( not the healthiest thing in the world but it was tasty plus not very fatty bacon) 3 scrambled eggs with salt and pepper Mixed bowl of berrys, strawberrys blue berrys rasberrys ( no added suger) and 2 pieces of heavy toast with a little butter best breakfast I have had in a long time.
It would be poured right because I did it at home but it's zero alcohol cobra since it was breakfast after all.
I quite like head in the morning. plus Scottish glasses have a line at the pint level and the head goes over that.
I had a terrible breakfast. A mate suggested putting a scoop of chocolate protien in porridge, it's horriblle! ate it anyway tho and it was plentty filling.
Ewww! Porridge is rank enough on its own! I looked for a vomit smilie but couldn't find one. I bring shame on the Scottish half of the family.
For breakfast this morning I had a cup of warm whey, and another cup with a mixture of peanutbutter, and coconut chips with a bit of cocoa. I microwave the coconut chips then mix it together and freeze it for an hour.
BUMP! I liked this thread let's get it moving again! Today I had 4 boiled eggs, 2 cups of coffee, 1 scoop of whey in a pint of milk, a nana, 4 fish oils, 1 multivit, 6 BCAAs, 1 glucosamine and chrondotrin blend and a cranberry extract. Chased down with a litre and a half of water. Yum.
