    The speed is great, but it's meaningless without the structure and technique.

    Click on the cog to the left of the YouTube logo and change the speed to 0.25.

    Watch back and tell us your thoughts.

    90% of punches don't even land at head height.

    You are hunting with the eyes, meaning your head isn't protected by any type of guard.

    You are channel surfing, meaning your head is never off line.

    Footwork is non existent. Sometimes you step and drag the other leg, other times you hop forward and backwards.

    Rear hand is doing nothing in regard to your defence.

    Rear foot stays in the bucket, meaning you round your rear shoulder when throwing the rear cross. This means power is weak and distancing is incorrect.

    No Dude I am not slower but yeah Tommy Carruther is currently fastest martial artist in the world.

    Martial Arts Planet is followed by many professional fighters, including people like David Haye. It doesn't mean we are as good as them.
