Finding It hard to go training anymore.

    this thread had me thinking a lot about my aikido experience and this part.

    aikido gets oft criticized on this site and others. i did it for about 1 1/2 years. heck i think i might have been one of the criticizers before i did it.

    i absolutely loved it. had a blast training in it. i did it for me. and for no one else. i did it to have fun, not to learn to beat up on other people--now i do bjj for that. lol

    tell you what, it's already come in very, very useful. i was walking around this winter and slipped on a patch of ice. i did the smoothest roll out of it one could imagine. :)

    Martial Arts changed my life...You have the chance to change the lives of other people... This is very important for me.
