I bought this recently from the works for a fiver (other discount book chains are available, try the MAP sponsored link to amazon!) And if your in the UK, it is a fascinating read about the origins of MMA in the UK, and how the experience of being a fighter shapes peoples lives, for better and for worse, all told from Mr hardy's viewpoint, Ill maybe write a full review once i've finished it, but for now, your deadpool recomendation of the week, is that its well worth a read! edit - its called ''part reptile''
Hey, I've been reading it too recently, borrowing it from a friend. I'm nearly at the end, and I've really enjoyed it. Well worth a look for martial arts/ fight fans. I always enjoyed his fighting style and persona back in the day, dude always came to fight, that's for sure.
