I want to start doing 5 or 6 1-2 hour cardio sessions each week. Does anyone know a good website or place to find a huge list of conditioning drills? Aside from interval sprints, tabata, and some plyo, i don't really know that i have a ton of stuff to keep me interested in cardio enough to do it as much as id like to. my goal is to have ungodly endurance and explsosiveness. Right now my cardio is a bit better than average, but i want it to be to a point where getting tired in the ring is unheard of. any help would be great.

In relation to your ultimate goal of not tiring in the Ring go to t-nation and look up their interview of how Evander Holyfield was trained to get fit for a fight. It is essentially you train at high intensity for the length of tie you are going to be fighting and then low intensity for the time you would be resting. Interval training.

You could always look up the British Mod's Paratroop preparedness plan for applicants. Or look up the Runners guide to preparing for a competition. These tend to offer quite a bit of variation.

Crossfit workouts, the Thug workout for strength and GPP would be a thought too.
