      Refer again to post #23 in the thread.Statement for TC goes for everything else.No such theory to my knowledge.Thinking someone made up this idea fairly recently.Sorry.

      You should know that your question should have been confined to the thread-no matter what "flavor" the thread develops. It's in the MAP rulebook somewhere.Wouldn't want you to get your knuckles rapped.
