How many more can we have ? Anyways, saw this interesting tweet tonight @Clarkx82 (Clark Albert) of Kuk Sool of Pinecrest FL tweets: Hrm..
http://www.kuksoolflorida.tk/ http://www.trademarkia.com/company-maha-kuk-sool-federation-inc-3653009-page-1-2 trade marks registered to Maha Kuk Sool Federation, Inc. Sugar Hill, GA 30518 Somewhat confused symbology maybe? That triskelion device they use as a logo is more like an Isle-of-Man symbol(The Manx actually got it from Sicily via the Normans )
I'm actually trying to compile a list of all of the Kuk Sools out there. Don't ask me why or how useful it might be...it keeps me busy. I'm on my own little Island out here cut off from WKSA physically so I'm keeping my addiction alive through the MAP here
Now, been serious. I am really happy this is happening and hope that Maha Kuk Sool will grow to be a healthy Organization where Traditional Values of Korean Martial arts flourish.
please forgive the double post, but I suspect it'll get lost on the "my list" thread another new one Ki Cho Kuk Sool Association http://kicksma.webs.com/ 44043 W 51st St S Jennings, Oklahoma 74038 KSGA site names Jon “Tulsa” Maas "Ki Cho Kuk Sool Association was started to bring back the High Standards that Kuk Sool was once known for. There are still several Kuk Sool Instructors that hold there standards high, but unfortunately the mass market approach of certain few individuals have made Kuk Sool more of a Generic MCDojo. Ki Cho Kuk Sool Association was started to bring back the FOUNDATION of KUK SOOL (EXCELLENCE)."
KCKSW wow I think Instructor Maas was a 2nd or 3rd degree in KSW. Does he say what his rank is now. I am glad he is still teaching. D2
I believe he was promoted to 4th (from what I have heard) before he was kicked out. He is still teaching Kuk Sool but more of the Muye Dobo Tong Ji arts added on.
Thanks, Hyeongsa. It would be nice if you SPECIFIED who *he* is, however (I'm guessing you're referring to Jon "Tulsa" Maas).
